I have been hear since 2007 and last couple of years it is getting bad, people smoking weed can smell in the hall ways in the apartment itself, people playing loud music at nights, truck broken into and now package stolen, time to move. Sad its a nice place but going down fast with the people that are moving in lately
As I moved in after Harvey, a safe parking spot for my car at night after work, safe to walk late hours, very helpful pretty faces at the office, a pool by my apartment... I’d say, I’m happy at Greenridge Apartments!
This place isn’t safe , drug dealers , prostitution around the complex , My place got broken into while I was traveling , thieves changed the locks , when the Maintance guy opened the apt , it was empty . , Victoria didn’t want to moved me to a different unit or let me brake the lease without penalty , they reported to my credit $6 k . I couldn’t stayed there with my 7 year old kid , the next door neighbors always have people coming in and out , they were getting high all the time , the hall way stinks all the way to the fir... read more
Victoria the manager is the rudest person in that damn office. Car got broken into Victoria did nothing. Tried to evict my family and I saying I didn’t pay rent, but they “misplaced” my check! I hope the email that has been sent to corporate puts the staff, especially Victoria in her place. That’s all.
Moving next month and very excited. Cheyla one of the manager has been very helpful throughout the process. Anytime I have a question via email either her or one of the associate respond within that day. I only put 4 stars as I haven't officially moved in yet.
