I originally left a negative review due to poor communication. After requesting an estimate, I had difficulty getting updates and went several weeks without any follow-up which was frustrating. To the owner's credit, he personally reached out after seeing y review, listened to my concerns, and ultimately completed the project. The sprinkler technicians with Greenpro did an excellent job on my sprinkler system today. They programed my controller to the exact settings that I wanted in my front and back yard. Next, they tested my sprinkler system to make sure it worked properly and made any necessary fixes. Eric and Christian are very customer focused. They are also very knowledgeable, and experts in their field of work. They provide great service with a smile. Timely, friendly and effective
Would look for another company. Very difficult to get a hold of. Had to call on three separate occasions, left voicemail and return phone numbers. All this work just to get a status update on an estimate. Work has not started. Has been three weeks with no follow-up email, text, or phone call
My first year with greenpro has had my grass looking the best it ever has. I can't believe how well the weeds are controlled and how consistently dense it grows - even under my tree. Highly recommended.
