I Stayed in 2 green plan apartment in Oak Park for 3 years - The first year went swell - the probelm came whenever there was an issue to be fixed!! I would call the hotline and have to leave a message - after weeks and weeks they finally came out just to LOOK at the leak n my bathroom that was caused by an upstairs apartment! Thats not the only issues - several former tenants including myself were distraught at the fact that upon moving our security deposit wasnt given back in full.
