Worst people to get never using them again they charged very expensive with a very poor result I had to get someone else to clean after them and they were so mean to my mom even though she’s an old lady ... not recommended at all stay away everyone .. and save your money to someone else who worth it ..
Reached on time, but did not do the job as agreed. Very poor work quality. Tried to talk to their manager, but it looks like the customer service principal is not on her list. Don't get the job done. Will never use them again

Better communication is needed. I had reached out to this company and spent about 30 minutes on the phone with Carmen of which she quoted me a price on the phone as a new customer. I gave her my budget and she said she could customize to meet this. We talked about the areas needing to be done. She said she would plan to be there. They said I would get a reminder the day before. We have been using this company to clean for over 2 years and they are AMAZING!! Our house is 2 story, 2800 square feet - they clean every surface with excellence and care well for our wood floors. Customer service is wonderful and the owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met - she really cares about her clients, their house and their possessions. And to top it off they are very reasonably priced!
