Our experience with this dealership was amazing! My daughter was a first time buyer and on a very limited budget. Chris, with his two young children in tow, met us although the dealership was closed, and treated her as his top paying customer. My daughter test drove a truck and had a couple of concerns. He had his mechanic check and replace the issues at his cost, flushed the transmission, washed the vehicle, put gas in it and had it waiting on my daughter when we drove to pick it up. Greenlite is what a car dealership is supposed to be. Honest and no surprises. The lot is full of cars that are hand picked. I worked with Chris and already felt extremely comfortable with the process just from initial phone conversations. We drove from 5 hours away to make the purchase. I hope to do business with them again.
I bought a Tacoma from this dealership. We drove about 5 hours to make the purchase and Chris and Beth made the whole experience as easy and simple as it could be. They were very flexible, executed on the small things that did matter, and didn't sweat the small things that don't. There was no cliche "show" and the customer service they provided was genuine, thoughtful, and efficient. RecommendedChris and the team at GreenLite made purchasing our F250 for my husband so incredibly seamless! It was like no other car buying experience we’ve had. They held it for us on a handshake through the weekend and allowed us time to go through our own bank the following week. They also gave us more than we asked for on his trade in.
