On 08/31/2025, a representative from Green Line Pest Solution came to my door offering to remove a severe wasp infestation the next day (09/01/2025). Unfortunately, I regret ever agreeing to use this company. Took advantage of 90 parent-in-laws who have severe memory issues to sell them services they didn’t need.  Really slick operation - had video of their door-to-door salesperson repeating multiple times what they were agreeing to.  My in-laws don’t even remember the person coming to their door last month and don’t remember signing up for the service even though was only 1 month ago.  They are out the first two payments and the $279 early-termination fee!

Trey was here today and provided excellent service. He assessed our needs and made sure we were taken care of. We have a couple fish aquariums that he was very cautious around. Thanks Trey! You are awesome!

we joined greenline this summer. They came out once and spent mabey 20 minutes and charged us $79.00. The next month the bill was $59.00 and the next month it was $59.00 for a total of $217.00. Then we had to move and they said it would be an Additional $279.00 on top of the $217.00 we already paid. For one 20min service the total bill would be $496.00 which is the biggest ripoff in history for a 20minuet job which didn't work anyway. Why would anyone waste their money on pest control is beyond me.

Having Jayden Weaver come out and do the service was a pleasure. He explained what the service entailed and did exactly that. He had great customer service and answered any questions. He did a wonderful job.

Horrible experience with this company! Had a salesman come and sell my husband on a 2 year contract at either 45 a visit, every 3 months, or 145 for the whole year. He also explains there is a 100 cancellation fee which is a bummer but the other pricing is about average so whatever. My husband opted for the 145 for the year and signs us up. We get our first spray and pay the 145. A couple months later I notice they have been charging us an additional 45 each month. And the bugs are still covering our house! We had our first service with Greenline Pest Control this morning. Our technician Marc did a fabulous job! He was so much more thorough than technicians from the former company we used to use. We highly recommend Greenline! They are a professional company that won't disappoint!

First spray today and the first thing I am told is the price, which is not what I agreed to. Immediately I regret trusting the salesman and Green Line. When will salespeople learn that forgetting to tell the whole story will only lose customers? I called to have the problem resolved and they, very nicely, said that's what I agreed to on the paperwork.(the paperwork that our salesman very "throughly" explained to us.)
