We had a great experience. The service from Matthew was great and the web experience gave clarity on the quote, output, planning expectations. Greenlight offered a more than competitive quote. The back office team and onsite crew were clear, professional and responsive. There were no install issues and we had no issues security permits or electrical approvals. The panels are operating great and the app enables us to track output easily. Would recommend.

Matt Boop, Casey Helsel and Angie Mendez Olsen were alway there to answer any questions. We just got our solar panels up and running and absolutely love the process and service we received from GreenLight Solar.
While the company’s representatives in the field seem to be both competent and friendly, it is apparent that the ownership of the company may not be completely familiar with all regional building codes. They also do not seem to be as large a company as we were led to believe, since they seem to have very few crews available for field work. Staff who came to my house was pleasant, and professional; All questions answered. Per Dave, I would have to do nothing, they would handle all the paperwork for rebates. Well, a dozen calls from Angie, and more emails saying they need this, that, and whatever else, it became a bit stressful. Great service! We are so excited to have our panels up and running. Green Light Solar staff were professional and helped us through the entire process, and went the extra mile to help us understand everything and decide where to install our panels. We ended up building a pergola and installing the panels on top, and it looks great!
GreenLight folks are professional and reliable, at every phase (pardon the pun). We got a high-quality system for a good price, and they were responsive at every step. You have to do your homework if you want to forecast your payout on the system cost; that is complicated, and one way they could do even more, is to help prospective customers work through the details of how a payout calculation works. I recommend them!
