I thought re-piping my entire home to get rid of the polybutylene piping was going to be a very expensive nightmare until I found Greenlee Plumbing. Great experience with Greenlee Plumbing. I had a leak on my water service line but didn't know where. It was a tricky situation because of the length and location of the water pipe, but their team walked me through the options clearly. An expensive line replacement looked likely, but they probed and investigated further and were able to pinpoint the leak underground. What could have been a major project was fixed in a couple hours.

I genuinely hope future customers read your response and take note. The level of defensiveness instead of accountability is disappointing. Constructive criticism isn’t an attack — it’s an opportunity to improve. Unfortunately, rather than acknowledging the issue, you chose to dismiss it.
