Greenlee is amazing! They went the extra mile for me when they replaced my broken sewer line. They gave me a price and stuck to it even though they encountered unforeseen problems. Greg and the whole team are wonderful! They worked hard and didn't quit until the project was done - dirt smoothed out and covered with straw, and of course the sewer flowing smoothly. We had Greenlee Plumbing come out to fix a pipe that burst in our ceiling for the second time. They recommended that we switch to a flex pipe and insulate that. The young man who came out was very professional and gave me the best customer service. He worked quickly but thoroughly and did a great job. He was so polite and friendly I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. We will definitely use them again. Thank you for such great service.
I had a great experience with Greenlee and Billy. Solid communication, explained everything clearly, and got the job done fast. No upselling, no surprises—just honest, high-quality work. We had pinhole leaks in 2 spots and Billy had it fixed in no time. Pricing was fair and transparent. Everything was covered with plastic for the drywall dust and cleaned up when he left. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, professional plumber who knows their stuff.
I can't begin to say enough about how amazing this company is! We knew we had polybutylene pipes when we bought the house, but didn't grasp the actual NIGHTMARE that it means at the time. It's not a question of if the pipes will fail, but when. Our water bill was 3x higher than it should have been this month, and we found out this leak (we had one in the past already in our kitchen wall) was in our slab foundation; we quickly decided enough is enough and went on a hunt for someone to redo the entire houses plumbing. Great Plumbing Service, had an outdoor hose spigot that was builder grade, that needed to be replaced. It wasnt simple, because it needed to have our living room wall cut to access the replacement. After 2 opinions, we called them, and they said the same. I let them do it. Such a clean job, with minimal wall repair, we elected not to have it repaired until our next paint job.
