I have been a patient of Dr P. Puthenveetil since he took over the practice for his aunt, which has been many years ago. She was a very caring doctor and he is also a very caring doctor, must run in the family. He really listens to everything you say. I feel very lucky to be getting his expertise from every visit. The whole office is friendly starting with Dee at the desk and all the staff. I feel so fortunate!
Dr Puthenveetil is very thorough, listen well and communicates well. He is a great doctor! The PAs, Julia and Joyce, are very professional as well. The office staff is friendly and efficient. If I have to call for an appointment when I am sick they always get me in right away. I have been seeing him for over 5 years and I highly recommend Dr. Puthenveetil.

Office personnel has very bad attitude, very unprofessional.
As a Dr P is great. Had a very bitter experience at his office. Called the office and said we will be running 10 mts late for an apt. The office was o.k on the phone. However when we reached the office staff said since we are 10mts late Dr won't be seeing us and asked us to reschedule the apt. We begged the office to accommodate us since we were already there, only 10 mts late. As we were rescheduling the apt the staff said $50 cancellation fee for today. For 10 mts late really!. No human touch.
Very nice, friendly and respectful. Listens well. My typical wait time is less than 5 minutes (mid afternoon). Staff is good. Coordinates well with my other doctors. Seems to be well respected by my other doctors. I have to travel a bit further than I would like, but have not been able to find someone near me that I like and trust as much.
By far one of the best doctors in the area. However the poorest "BILLING DEPTARTMENT" ever!!! As a now former patient of Dr P., he is by far outstanding. However my last appointment was in OCT 2017. As an Abbott Retiree and travel alot, I scheduled him only twice a year. Was never told or communicated during my appts I owed any amount via email or phone. Called today t today and was told I was removed from their practice for a past due bill of $112.00? Really? #itonlytakeonebadpatient
Great guy! I came to him from a friend's recommendation. He listens and is very respectful. His staff is fantastic as well! Easily recommended.
Dr. Puthenveetil was wonderful. He made me feel very at east the moment he walked in the door. The office staff and nurses also did the same. The exam was thorough and I felt I could ask questions and he did not rush me.
