Maintenance is shotty at best and truely is never complete because of short staff or lack of caring. Very expensive for what you pay for. Pool is open about half the time in the summer. Water pipes break to outside spickets that you are not allowed to use, but run through your apartment walls, so they charge you. Can't use the garage I'm paying for for 3 years. Trees fall on residents cars and they do nothing. I have seen one rat under building H. I'm sure there is much I'm not thinking of.
They dont pay the contractors that they hire. Why should i pay you to live here?
They have choose not to pay their contractors. Word of mouth spreads fast 😳
Sucks don’t go here ever!
Maybe they should take care of the people who take care of them.
They don’t pay their Lawncare provider. They owe thousands and are avoiding him.
They never pay the lawn service provider and don't return calls. They expect you to do all kinds of work and not get paid. I wouldn't recommend any one to do any work here
