Funny how my last review somehow got deleted. After writing a less than friendly review, maintenance showed up today to address some of the issues. However, we still have many unanswered maintenance requests that are outstanding from the time we moved in, over two years ago. For example, our air conditioning was out for 18 days last year. We had to go to a hotel, with our cat, for over a week because our apartment was over 100 degrees inside. We waited over two years to get screens put on our windows. Honestly, I'm pretty happy with the community. It's bug-free, calm, and spacious. Prices are reasonable and maintenance staff is good to you if respect and treat them well. Some of the walls can be a little thin so if you're living on the first floor, it can get noisy.
If I could rate it lower I would. Ever since about May 2017 this place has been horrid. When Holly was here things got done! The Birge & Held asset company who owns this property Never bothered to let anyone know that Holly had passed away. Then they never put anyone in the office forever. Once there was someone in there they were never there on Tuesday's and Thursdays. Then they quit allowing repairs to be done because they are selling the property, (that was exactly what the management that was in here for a very short tim... read more
