This review is about their billing practices, not the care itself. I fully support the mission/approach of this business but find its website and billing practices to be suspect. Specifically, they state they’ll do a consult for free - and in my case, began charging for the subscription without ever completing the consultation. In fact, I was charged for nearly a year when the initial consult email communication we had never resulted in completing that appointment. I just found out about Greenleaf Direct Primary Care and I'm really impressed! The prices are upfront and a lot more affordable than what you'd expect elsewhere. Dr. Estep really took the time to listen to my concerns and the solutions we came up with have been incredibly effective. Plus, getting in touch is always quick and easy. Definitely recommend if you're looking for dependable, affordable healthcare.
Dr E is absolutely fabulous. Our first interaction with him was a house call for crying out loud. He's knowledgeable, patient, caring. Yes it is out of the box from traditional healthcare. He texts me regularly to see how we are doing. That is worth the fee.
