If I could give 0 stars I would. I would actually give - 5 stars. My partner and I moved here in 2021 and had nothing but issues from the day we moved in. We had complained numerous times about our floor lifting, they advised us to get a floor mat to cover it… we ended up buying our our washer and dryer as we wanted new ones that worked better ( our choice ) when we hooked up the dryer the breaker kept blowing. It is a good place but the kids Play soccer and some games always hit our window but the place is so good, but we hate the window that got hit.

A huge thank you to the Living Avenue administration for responding to the numerous complaints from residents regarding balls flying into windows and walls during games, which disrupts peaceful living! Also, many thanks for reminding residents about the rules of living in the community! Knocking and ringing doorbells during the day and night is a serious violation of each resident’s privacy!
