A nice and quiet place to stay. This building is now under new ownership. It has been renovated and restored from the fire damage earlier this year. We now have security guards. This building is has surveillance cameras on every floor and is monitored by security guards and management for the safety of the Seniors and residents. This place may have had some ups and downs but it is a decent and clean place to stay. They got security guards now, repainted the walls from the fire damage on the third floor to the first floor. Put brand new carpet on the floors. It's very quiet and peaceful than it was a few months ago. Great Apartment Management👍and Service Coordinators to help Seniors with the things they need. For this building you'll DEFINITELY need Renters/ Fire Insurance like State Farm or etc..State Farm offers renters insurance for as little as $20.41 per month depending on your coverage . Sadly this is the second time since 2/8/2019 this building caught on Fire 4/3/2025 AGAIN?🤷 I moved and has been living in here since 2016. Right now we have no security guard Lagarda Security Company serviced all of their term. We need a Security Guard for this building. We still need a Security Guard and The Tenant Parking Gate to be fixed. Some tenants and visitors cars has been stolen in this Southfield Service Drive area .
