We still need a Security Guard and The Tenant Parking Gate to be fixed. Some tenants and visitors cars has been stolen in this Southfield Service Drive area .
Though they are Renovating , people are complaining about seeing roaches , bedbugs and mice in the building. In which some went to get roach Motels and Diamatrous Earth Powder to trap and kill the pests.The trash shoot is broken and loaded up with trash. Lots of trash on every floor. They need to hire another/ extra maintenance person. Tenants and maintenance gotta work together to keep the building clean. It's ridiculous.
