Lexi gave us a tour. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions. The whole place looks great and has all the amenities. Spacious, updated, amd love the individual bathrooms for each bedroom. It is definitely top of the list for my daughter's choices for fall of 2026.
Great environment, went to check it out this morning definitely going to move in next summer can’t wait!
The price was reasonable but I definitely don't like the distance. It's 35 minutes from Fairview Heights il, I'm not familiar with Edwardsville. The pool and everything I saw online was incorrect. You could swim but at a smaller pool. The clubhouse and everything was for the College students.
Fancy and up to date
Needs new management. Corporate Greed is no way to run a shared unit apartment complex. You wanna be inclusive, go by the options you give folks for preferences available on the application instead of insisting everyone think and acts the same. Its called beig an individual, not someone trying to be codependent. Know and understand the difference. Again, thank you for your cooperation.
