I've lived here for 3 years now. Based on my experience, definitely try to find a non corporation rental rather than living here. The employees are all very nice totally not their fault it's just what you get with a large rental company that is out to make the most money with the least effort. Random charges all the time, they randomly emailed us doubling our utilities, $200 charge for a “move out fee” and they said it’s a charge everyone has to pay for paint touchups and vacuuming like it costs $200 to do that, the rent goe... read more
lets start when i first moved from building 3 to building 2. the AC was out the first 2 weeks and we put in a maintenance request damn near every day about it cuz it was 90+ degrees outside. our apartment was sitting at 75-80 degrees during that time and they came in and said "the AC is working just fine, stop putting in so many requests". good thing my sister lived at PARC 720 and had good functioning AC. we then had an ant problem which they just told us to go buy some raid and spray it. low and behold, the ants kept comin... read more
Don’t live here. Go live at a non-corporatized rental property. Mystery charges on my account. Halfway through my lease we got an email that said “Hey by the way we are doubling your utilities charge.” We specifically asked what we had to do to avoid move out fees and followed them to a T. Was still charged $250 dollars just to move out. Don’t get me started on the terrible noise from upstairs neighbors. Not exaggerating at all. Mason was a really good tour guide he was super knowledgeable and nice. Definitely made me want to sign more!
Mason Holyman is one of the best employees at The Social Edwardsville! He does an awesome job keeping the pool area safe and clean, and he's always listening to the residents and helping out with whatever we need. He even takes the time to blow up pool floaties for us, which makes hanging out by the pool way more fun. Mason helps create such a welcoming and positive environment!
