These apartments are advertised as “luxury.” Please do not be fooled. There is a HUGE rodent problem; had maintenance in at least 10 times to address the issue and it was never taken care of. This is an issue throughout the complex; not just my unit. Once there was a rotting mouse in my bedroom and they rescheduled the maintenance appointment for another day; I couldn’t even sleep in my room the smell was so bad. Hi Molly- When emergency maintenance is needed elsewhere in our community, standard requests do get put on hold until the next day. We’ve reviewed your years with us and do see that our maintenance staff had responded to all requests as quick as possible. Our office staff is expected to enforce our lease agreements; Fitness access cards are part of the lease, and also included on move-out instructions, so that all residents know what is required of them at their lease-end. RecommendedMy two years at Greenhill were excellent. The office always responded quickly and even put a meal kit delivery in my fridge! I would definitely recommend this place.
I absolutely loved living at this apartment complex. Amazing rooms, great staff, the amenities were the best. The location made dining, shopping and going to school quick and easy. What I enjoyed the most though was the peace of mind that I got from how safe the complex was. It was nice and quiet in the evenings and I never felt like I was EVER in any danger if I was out walking alone.
We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Greenhill! We are currently in our 3rd year here and will only be looking to move when we buy our 1st house in the upcoming years. The location is great- close to downtown and other businesses, but tucked away off of busy West Main. It is a very dog friendly community and we love the environment of the complex. This is been an excellent place to live. The staff have been very nice while I’ve been here. And the maintenance has been top notch. But the real issue lies in wanting to break your lease for an emergency. They do not have compassion for the tenants. When it comes to wanting your money, they’ll do anything. When you take it away, they no longer care.
I’ve been living here for 4 years and I absolutely love it. I have a beautiful balcony to look out of, friendly, quiet neighbors, and helpful maintenance staff!
