Alisa has many years of life experience & professional experience as a therapist, she has given me some great tools & expertise in dealing with my everyday problems & EMDR has helped me recapture memories that I never knew existed & bring underlying issues to the surface. Alisa creates a very relaxing environment & she's easy to talk to, there's no pressure at her office & I can feel free to be myself without judgment. I wish I'd started counseling years ago!
My experience with this counselor was very positive and helpful. She taught me many things about my self and how to change the behaviors I didn't want and learn new ones. She is very easy to talk to.
