We are the new definition of sustainable apartments in Seattle. Our property is half green space and gardening plots for all residents. We use a mix of solar power, geothermal heating and cooling, HRVs, power saving switches and more to help lower our impact on the grid.

We chose these apartments for several reasons: New building, only 18 apartments, a 2 bedroom apartment almost 1500 sq ft, underground parking, air conditioning and underfloor heating, underground parking, available pea patches, close to park, library, grocery stores and shops, bus stops, farmers market and many stores.
