First time going to see Dr Taylor. First time having a puppy. The staff was amazing. So welcoming. Dr Taylor had answers to my questions before I asked them. This being my first puppy. I had no idea what the booster schedule was for one this young. Dr Taylor laid it all out for me and I was able to present schedule both appointments in advance to get times that worked. I am glad my mom n law suggested them!
Thank you so much. First appointment yesterday and although I have a scaredy cat, you all treated her with respect and although she pee peed in her carrier you cleaned it out for me and drew blood without even shaving her... You guys are AMAZING!!! Sassy would say thank you....but well she won't because she hates coming..LOL
Brought my puppy Apollo in and everything went very well. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly!
Working with the group has been excellent for the past five years with out cats.
