Brought an electric power washer to company. They are an authorized Ryobi repair center. Had unit 10 weeks called three times said they would get to it. Finally went to pick up after no repair. Person said corrosion. They could have notified me if corrosion was the issue. Never looked at item in my opinion. Person was dismissive.

Stopped in to see what they carried and ended up buying a walk behind line trimmer. We were specific about what we wanted and they had what we wanted in the back because they just got it in. Started it up to be sure it was what we were looking for. Not at all pushy to make a sale and if we need more lawn equipment, this is where we'll visit
Great place. I’ve bought 2 Stihl power tools from them. They showed me how to operate and maintain them. You get personal service.
