Stay away from this business. They are ridiculously expensive and charged me 180$ to remove a dishwasher that wasn’t even mounted and I had more than halfway out already into the kitchen. They make every attempt to leave the door open to charge you more money even when the initial issue still persists. So far they aren’t trustworthy and my kitchen drain still has water backing up. Main line sewer pipe blockage caused by roots. I'm here for 16 years, had this issue in the past, had called Roto-Rooter and they always cleared the blockage. RR was a little pricey, so this time, at the recommendation of a neighbor, I tried a local business. Explained the history and who we used. The technician hardly payed attention to the history I was providing. Proceeded to snake out the main with his machine. Hired them to install a faucet and hook up our dishwasher to our new sink. We found them on the recommendation of our local hardware store. They refused to provide an initial quote before starting the job, ended up charging us $720 for 2 hours of work. I am convinced that we could have found a plumber who could have done this for less for a comparable quality of work.
