I would highly recommend you find something else. They don’t respect privacy and the people at the front desk act like they’re nice but they’re not! Everything is falling apart and there is no renovation nor respect for the people that stay here. I’m constantly hearing dogs and people yelling and the walls seem like the people next door are in your house. I inquired about this place a few months ago and was told that they had some 2 bdrs available for $775. Now I'm paying $710 for a 2 now why would I do that. I asked the lady don't they go by income as far as being a place for low income families. She stated to me that i have to show proof that I can pay rent...ok but that's not what I asked. Never answered the phone maintenance doesn’t fix things
My family member has lived there for 3 years and his air has gone out about 25 times. His experience is terrible. It is a quiet community but the maintenance is horrible. The staff never ever answer the phone. His concerns are not taken seriously. I guess he will need to experience a heat related emergency or his emotional support dogs will have to die in order for them to take his complaint seriously. They did quote him $10,000. 00 for a new unit.
