I absolutely love doctor Hasaba , but the front desk staff is horrible. I faxed over documents that needed to be completed for my son to start school 3 weeks early, and I called three times to make sure they received the forms. They told me they received them and it would take 5-7 days for the forms to be completed. After that time passed I called back and they told me they never received the forms and I would have to have the forms faxed again and wait another 5-7 days. Whoever is answer the phone is extremely rude.
My experience for the first time went pretty well, due to my family being new in the state.
Been going here for years and we absolutely love Dr. Hasaba
