Not much to say as I tried to call and text for a mower repair, and phone would just pick up then disconnect. Called a few times but got the same, so maybe they are closed for the season still, but they should update their Google hours or website, or include a voicemail explanation.
We had to pay upfront before they would fix our snow blower and then it took them over two weeks. When we called them no one answered the phone. We tried to use it for the latest snow and it still will not start. We won’t be using this business again.

Picked up mower on a Friday for service. They cancelled first return schedule that they promised they would make. Now insists that they can only deliver on a day that I am ALWAYS out of town on, yet they REFUSE to budge. Owner, Lloyd Bane, told service department he didn't care about our situation. The new day was the ONLY day he would deliver. Of course this was ONLY AFTER we had paid. This place is NOT a good alternative to Koenig John Deere unfortunately.
