Horrible experience. Not treated as if I mattered. Told them had urgent concern & made appointment. Earliest appointment was months later & they cancelled it w/o notification. I was told by other people of color they were treated in the same manner & Dr Greenfield is known for NOT wanting to physically touch black people. She examined my friend & did not touch her nor ask her to pull off her makeup to really get a full scope of her skin. Stood back as if she was contagious or something. Showed no care or concern. Dr. Greenfield is horrible! I went to this awful place a few years back. Dr. Greenfield came in never once touched me. So I asked her if she was going to exam me. Then she pretended to swab my scalp for testing. I watched her throw the swab away. I was very humiliated.! I will never go back to her. Nor will I ever refer her to anyone!
I saw Chris Bass and his assistant. It was a very thorough follow-up and treatment of two new issues. I couldn't ask for a better person that understands my concerns and is pleasant and listens and puts up with me ❤
