A totally unprofessional experience today. Shameful! They exhibited no hint of caring about the patient and exhibited very little medical expertise. I was seen by an PA, not a physician. Her incorrect sphygmomanometer (BP cuff ) placement showed a BP of more than 200/90, yet no physician came in. There was also no follow-up BP check at the conclusion of the visit.
