I appreciate the fact that they can get my dogs in without booking out a month or so in advance like other groomers . I know my dogs aren’t the easiest to trim. I went in today hopeful. As soon as I got there the two groomers said “Oh I remember these dogs they had tics last time “. This came off rather rude considering I’m paying $200 for a shave down and they didn’t even say hello. Have to love a place that works on cats. And doesn’t cost an exorbitant amount. My cat Combat Kitty always comes out looking great. She has spicy moments but still lets them do this thing. We both love going there.
