I have been coming here with my two dogs for over a year . In times past they have missed things , parts of grooming that shouldn’t be missed. They don’t give them baths, trim nails or overall just leaving parts of the hair unevenly shaved. Their grooming package mentions those things are included. I have had to come back for revisions and they have fixed the issues . Each time it costs $200 to do a basic shave on my dogs. I took my dogs in this week with the same requests as normal. Donna reached out after I found a lost, dirty pup and offered to groom for free. I’m so grateful for her kindness and everyone there was so sweet and welcoming. Please support these guys - my own vet wouldn’t even give me anything other than to scan this pup for a microchip while Donna and her crew got this baby looking gorgeous and gave us a leash and collar. I am forever grateful and am so happy businesses with a heart still exist ❤️🐾.
10,000 stars!!! Donna and her team were so impressive in taking care of my cat Pluto. He has a VERY thick undercoat and doesn't groom so well. They removed YEARS of dirt and now my boy feels fluffy and soft and clean. He is NOT a cooperative cat, and I am so thankful for their kindness and willingness to work with him. This is the only grooming salon I'll take my pets to from now on.
Very positive experience at first with my anxious coonhound; I’d arrive first thing in the morning, they’d take her to the back, and then trim her nails. However, on two or three occasions, the front desk staff trimmed her nails in the lobby, despite me asking them not to do so (I was worried about other customers and animals coming into the lobby as this was happening, which would scare her.)
