Ok place to live. Go thru Managers like no tomorrow. Rules only apply to certain ones, supposed to be drugs free Right! Been here 2.5 years and looking for another place. Trashy since we moved in. No one cares. Trailers are not worth the asking amount. Becareful
You know its nice when your having plumbing problems ...low income and you have great people like the staff here at greenfield estates ...Thought my trailer was clogged...sent for people to fixit... well it wasn't my trailer ...it was the pipes under the trailer ...Parks responsibility. The very next day after I let them know about the problem ...they were on it !!!Didn't give up and checked on me , because im disabled...they made me feel they were there to help in any way they could.
