Room 210 has no one working in the office, door is locked. appointment at 10. No one is answering the phone. No one is working in the entire office. How is that possible. At least his Dr. was here. I'll go back to Franklin for sure.

Is been over a month that I called to the pediatrics clinic to talk to the charge nurse or whoever is in charge of that clinic (first floor). I haven't get a call back. I want someone to call me back, because negligence is a pretty serious issue that should've been discussed long time ago. My daughter could've gotten sicker thanks to the doctor's negligence. that clinic either lacks communication and professionalism.
