We have their cabinets in our kitchen; we inherited them from the previous owners. These cabinets are expensive, which is fine, but to compare to our other cabinets at half the price, they don't give you any additional quality that I can see. I guess some kitchen designers like them because they have additional customization options over other brands. However, their customer service is non-existent. Received cabinets in August 2022, some parts were missing and/or damaged. We are now in April 2023 and I still do not have my cabinet doors nor installed. I do not know what my Guarantee is nor did I ever receive a Touch up kit as promised. Very poor quality control and communication. Extremely disappointed. Customer service is awful. Non responsive.....
If you expect the best quality and service, I can't recommend Greenfield more. I had my own luxury level cabinet shop for 15 years, and now design, supply, and install cabinetry as well as full remodels. This is my go to line if my clients want the very best quality, most flexible customization, and /or special woods and finishes. For champagne tastes on a budget my go to line is Siteline, which is also by Corsi. Sincerely, I think some of these negative reviews are for a greenfield on an alternate universe.
