I paid cash for a Jeep in January and received a title with a lein on it. I called them and was ignored for nearly two months. I finally got paperwork that they told me I needed, missed work to go take care of it...wrong paperwork. Six months now, and still no clear title. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I have had nothing but poor customer service since I bought my Jeep. I have yet to receive my license plate from my purchase in February. I've called multiple times to find out where my plate is. DMV sent the plate to the dealership in March. I've been told someone was looking into this and a temporary plate would be sent. Two weeks later, no calls, no plate, and now temporary tag. Now I have to pay for another plate and have the "missing" plate de-activated. I do not recommend this dealership.
