I told him what I was lookin for in a vehicle, he was able to exceed my expectations even greater than I thought! (And in my price range) Even if you’re unsure of what vehicle you want, you show up with a list of what you want, this guy or even any part of the staff here will help you out! The day we drove it home the alignment was off.. I didn't hit a pot hole like the service tech suggested I did. I cant even back this thing up my driveway without it struggling.. transmission slips it almost red lines and still wont. I've had this van for about a month now and the service department said I had to pay 50 dollars for a diagnostic when this was a certified pre owned!!!!! RecommendedOnly used them once since dealership changed. Took over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. (Was not too happy about thst). However work seemed to be accurately completed. The "reduced oil change coupon" was changed to a generic oil change and they still honored it because all prior coupon uses was applied to a synthetic oil change. I just dont understand why a dealership would send out a coupon for a service and then when the coupon is presented for use be told that a synthetic oil change was recommended for my vehicle.
