Arlene Sanchez in the last week My Experience living there the manager is no good. She doesn't listen to tenants and has hung up on me multiple times while I was trying to speak to her. All she cares about is adding extra charges and getting more money for the owners. There is never any hot water due to the main rear water heaters going bad, which supplies the entire back half of the apartments.
