We having been living in our home for a year and we have been really lucky. They respond to our problems and they do not ignore any complaints we have. They also don’t change the price on rent without notifying us first. They are good company if you’re looking to rent a home!
Update these twisted people are charging me rent for December which I paid plus another 2800 to not serve a writ plus their new management company wants 400 over the rent for late fees Against the Law!!!!!!! I almost died here from a stagnet leak when I went to redownload my proof for fourt which Chris Vogel texted me saying na don't worry don't go to court ....he got a writ when he's not even the manager ......look up Pillar Premier .....they are solely and investment company !!!!! Since the very first time I talked to them I have always been talked to like a real person by a real person. They also have a great list of Properties which are very nice and affordable.The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 isn't even on them. The owner wasn't able to find a good contractor for a few weeks; twice the company she contacted cancelled due to the awful weather. It's been attended too and the bathroom sink will be replaced with a new one by April 25 and that's just in time for my new job and I don't want... read more
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. THEY WILL STEAL MONEY FROM YOU AND STILL EVCIT YOU. THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING. CHIS IS RUDE, A LIAR, AND SCAMMER. THEY RECEIVED $31,500 IN RENTAL ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS AND TOLD THE JUDGE THEY WERE NOT ACCEPTING THE PAYMENT AND TURNED AROUND PUT MY FAMILY OUT AND CASHED THE CHECK. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
