I was surprised to see [another] new hygienist for my appointment. It would seem to me that when the hygienist is being changed, someone should say something, in advance of the appointment (I made my appointment with Darina, and I got there and a completely unfamiliar woman came and called me into her room -- no one had warned me, and I still do not know this person's name), If I came in for an appointment with Dr. Robert and someone else completely unfamiliar showed up I would probably leave. Great as always! [Since this is an ongoing procedure--a root canal, it feels a bit odd to write each week.] Bottom line, when everyone I know gives me a sad or pained look when I tell them I'm having a root canal I smile and tell them that the only pain is to my pocket book.

I was reading some of the other reviews about GSD's amazing staff, efficiency and state-of-the-art services and I couldn't agree more. They have been outstanding with helping me improve the health of my gums and teeth.
I cracked a tooth on Thursday and I'm given an appointment for Friday sans hassle--try getting to see your medical doctor that quickly. I'm probably the only person I know who doesn't panic at the thought of having a root canal. Yes, it's expensive and time consuming but the main thing is that I know it will be virtually painless. There is a reason I readily recommend my dentist's office and can't do the same for any other medical practice.
I've been seeing Dr Martin Aronoff for over 35 years, and have always had an excellent experience in every way at this practice. Dr Aronoff and staff are highly skilled and dedicated to excellent patient care. The office is efficiently run and the wait is never long. I most highly recommend.
Please stop playing that horrible video loop in the waiting room. A sepia toned nightmare film replete with sword wielding desert dervishes and a sad child being encircled by slavering hyenas is nobody's idea of a good time, let alone in a dental clinic. Thank you.
I needed a filling... Not just any filling either. A completely nasty seemed like the entire tooth kind of filling filling. The drill just kept going. Dr. Matt saved that ugly tooth. Upon leaving he told me to take a couple of Aleve in advance of the Novacane wearing off. I never did. Guess what? No pain at all. I keep saying they are the best. They are the BEST. Get on it New Yawkers!
Completely professional place that uses technologically advanced equipment to determine the health status of your teeth. Warm and friendly staff, including the dentist! Can never go back to an average dental clinic after this experience.
