My favorite consignment shop.
I used to love shopping here, but my recent experience left a very bitter taste in my mouth and I sadly don’t feel comfortable shopping at this location anymore. I was not greeted or even asked/acknowledged if I needed help when I entered. The young woman at the counter just stared at me. Another patron entered right after me as was greeted. Hmmm. I walked right back out. 🤔 You treat customers with respect and kindness. Not greeting someone is poor customer service and behavior. I guess they don’t want my business.

Nice place to look. However in doing my 1st consignment here, my payment was sent to the wrong email. The process of actually receiving the payment for my items which included a designer bag (brand new w tags) hasn't been the best. If not resolved, I'll be just donated my items to a good cause instead of consignment. Since this process has been less than ideal.
