(Greene Street, Chestnut Hill) My wife was in the fitting room, and one of the employees, without knocking, unlocked and opened the door, seeing her half clothed. She just stared and rudely asked her how many items she had, then closed the door as if she didn't just violate her privacy, exposing her to anyone that could see in the room. Easy and quick consignment assessments. Friendly and patient staff.
This place is not worth the hassle. Trading in is incredibly difficult-- the first time I brought 12 items but they only found 7 items in season so they didn't accept anything. The second time I had to wait over an hour for them to look at my things even though they told me it would be 20 minutes. The clothes they have are either trashy or mediocre condition. Find a different thrift store.
