Green and Phillips , what a joke. They totally screwed us from the start. From never returning phone calls and acting like our case wasn't important to actually loosing our case because to me they weren't prepared by the time we went in front of the judge. I must say when you’ve been injured in a not at fault accident you can’t help but to worry. Green and Phillips told me and my daughter to only focus on resting, healing, and getting our health back That was such a huge relief! I would refer them to anyone that has had an accident and or injured in the accident! This practice is a joke. They have one attorney there that's a JOKE! He seems to be young, but he has mastered being a BIG LIAR! Take your case somewhere else! Once Luke the liar got his pay, he was done. RUN!🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ I was lied to and mislead through the entire ordeal.

Greene and Phillips is by far the most unprofessional law firms I could have reached out to. I left one bad lawyer and I explained my situation why they couldn’t believe what he had done but who knew they are basically doing the exact same thing. I was hit by drunk driver four years ago and I have been giving the run around for past going on two years now which they told me it would only take up to a 8 months. Tried for almost 2 weeks to chat with attorney on case update. Got run around. Finally got through after saying I will just come down there and chat with him. Settlement check was supposed to be available on the Friday before Christmas. Instead check was available week later. Employees obviously elected to take Christmas break instead of taking care of the client. Lastly, check was $300 less because of BOGUS file open and file close fees. My Experience With Greene & Phillips was awesome !!! Their team was on top of things from the Beginning! Stephen Collins is the Best!!!
