I've been going to Cole's for some time now and I recommend them in the highest for dentistry needs! Cleanings, tooth replacement, root canal have been done and the staff are always friendly, puntual, and very professional. I travel from Newville to the Hanover office and it is well worth the trip!

From the moment we pulled in the driveway and dialed the number and "friendly Liz" appeared within a few moments, I felt I was safe and things would be great! In the midst of this Covid19 pandemic, we all are apprehensive as we brave any medical experience, but throughout Liz responded to my every need. When I explained a sinus condition which requires me to keep a covering on my hat, she told me "You can just keep your hat on!" and that was so heartening! The first place I have ever went and they actually cared about everything! They didn’t just brush things off, when I told them about issues that I have been having. Everyone is extremely nice!! They take COVID procedures very seriously as well. Which is a plus!

Had a new hygienist this recent visit, definitely more gentle than the last, overall the staff is friendly and take the proper precautions for covid. It was an in and out appointment!

Today’s appointment went well I still believe that you folks have a problem with handicap accessibility in this building. my dad is 93 years old and really struggle to get up those steps to get in for his appointment yesterday and it was much harder when he left with me to hold him while he was walking down the steps

We appreciate the feedback, John, and understand your concern. We are able to accommodate handicapped patients at our Littlestown office much easier. OR you are welcome to use our front entrance of the Hanover office (park on Broadway). There is a handicapped ramp there. Hopefully these are solutions to the problem!
Everything was first class. We were checked in effortlessly. Gail and I were each met at the car by a dental hygienist, who took us to our respective rooms for our examinations and cleanings. The staff is competent, amicable, and very efficient. If there are any deficiencies, I was certainly unable to see them. This is a hands down, five star practice.
