It is horrible! If you are a female stay away from this place!! The old guy that is a salesman here is a pervert, and would not get his manager when I asked him to. It was very unprofessional and I will not go near this place again!
Worse experience ever trying to purchase a vehicle. The salesman was very pushy and rude. Talk down other dealers and makes instead of comparing. Unless you have on a tie, you will NOT be acknowledge, especially if you are under 30 years of age. I do NOT recommend this so called dealership to anyone, I strongly suggest finding another local ford dealer!
Find another Ford dealer this place is a joke, very poor service, incompetent employees, slow, lazy. They operate like they are back in the 80's they think service is necessary evil and that inventory is what sells. They must have some loyal old farts that keep coming back because they do not know any better, otherwise they would have been out of business long ago. FoMoCo should cancel this idiots.
