I bought an 'as is' used car in late March 2014 and within a few days ran into a major transmission issue. Greene Ford could have just said tough luck, but they did ultimately help me out a little bit. Like any dealership, it took a while for a response but I will likely go back for another used car in a year or two.
I LOVE this company. They really care about their customers. They want to make sure you are satisfied well after the sale. Days, weeks, even months later they still keep in touch.
You always hear bad things from people as it seems like very few take the time to say thank you. My family and I had been looking for a car but with credit issues some dealers just wont talk to you. Well Greene did and they really took care of us and everything was lower than I had expected. thank yall!

He was very easy to deal with understood my time thing being a single mom with kids. he was able to work with me over the net and phone and had it set up as he said it would be once I got there.
