My family had a horrible experience while burying a family member. The vault was not set up and prepared upon arrival. The employee’s pulled up with a backhoe during the time that the family was present and began placing dirt over the casket. The grass needed to be taken care of. Several graves that have been there for years did not have grass. There were even broken head stones. I hope that another family does not have an experience like this while dealing with the loss of a family member.
