Never!!!! Very rude never on time ,if you hate your job so bad don’t work there !! Also some use the phone for unnecessary calls which should be against policy’s :) just saying o btw the one that used the phone for that phone call they are now contacting me wondering if I can give address to find your daughter apparently no one can find her for a summons !! FYI
My son's appointment was at 12:40 for 2 vaccinations. We didn't get called back until 1:50.
This place is HORRIBLE!! Dont come here unless you wanna be here all day
Rude rude rude and uneducated staff. Never had a good experience here. From the desk staff to the medical staff. They all seem to hate their job and the clients. I once asked for information about vaccine , and the lady giving the shot (nurse?? I would hope anyway) said "I don't know. Google it"..... she also wanted me to wrap my legs and arms around my perfectly calm child and like she was some Wild uncontrollable animal about to be lead to slaughter. Um...no.
Always have to wait at least an hour or 2 just to pick up WIC. They're obviously not well organized and can't keep documents strait worth nothing. Terribly understaffed and over booked with appointments.
This place is ran just like our goverment! Appointment was at 2:40 and here it is 3:30 and I'm still in the waiting room along with 12 others waiting to get called back for a simple shot! I have watched 2 people get pulled back since we have came in. There bathroom didn't have any paper towels, soap dispenser doesn't work and the water fountain is broke! I can see 4 people setting at the computers eating. It's a disgrace! I wish there was another option to get the vaccines the kids need to go to school. I hope they see this ... read more
I would leave a rating of 0 stars if possible. My appointment was scheduled for 8:20, I arrived 15 minutes early and waited for almost an hour before being called back. I was in the exam room for 45 waiting for the nurse. I finally got in my car at 10:37!!! Too many people not doing their jobs! Bathroom in the lobby was in severe need of cleaning and the office and exam room I was in needed deep cleaned. It is sad that a simple appointment takes half a day!!
