A clean up to date clinic is crucial.
Happy with the service, only complaint was the radio playing the whole time in the background! very unnerving, please turn it off!!
I guess I got extremely lucky. I had Nicky for hygienist. She made me feel good and relaxed about what had to be done. I expected pain and she didn't sugar coat it. I think she was perfect for the job and my situation. She is a rockstar!!

I am the mother of the pt. My son's visit was fine. There was, however, a miscommunication between myself and the assistant. I told her I wanted to go ahead and try the first 15 minutes of nitrous (sp?) oxide for my son. Before his procedure was started, I asked if it was turned off and asst stated that the doctor would turn it off. I was under the assumption the doc had turned it off, even though my son still had the mask on his face. I figured there was a reason for it to be left while she worked and did not question it.
