I have had the pleasure of representing Greencity Homes as a Realtor for a few years. The quality of the homes they build is far above many new homes that I see being constructed today. We just closed on this stunning home in our neighborhood in Inman, Innova Estates, yesterday. The buyers picked their floorplan and then picked their lot back in January 2025. Love doing business with these guys! Honest dependable and reliable!
By no means would I ever buy a house or get Green City to build a house for me again. They will not make anything right that breaks or goes wrong. They use cheap tubs, doors, flooring, etc. Very difficult to deal with once you sign the papers and in your house. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. They also installed a cheap fiberglass bathroom they would make right when it was damaged less than a year and then cracked again a year later. 5k—10k fix depending on what you get reinstalled.
