Scott Schmitt is everything you want in a contractor; honest, ethical, timely, responsive, fair and an overall nice guy. His painting crew did an amazing job repairing drywall, priming & painting new & old walls, staining vintage leaded glass windows, etc.. The team was professional, tidy and fast! Very disappointing. I made an appointment with Scott and he failed to show up, call, or respond to my messages. Since he was recommended by a friend I decided to give him a second chance. Again, he failed to show up or call. I sent him a polite yet blunt text. His response was, in my opinion, an insincere "sorry." Evidently he was too busy or uninterested in making a bid. In which case, he should've communicated as much. In travel and waiting time, he wasted over 5 hours of my time!
