I left a "10-star review earlier, during my TMS treatments. But I was sorely disappointed at the end with absolutely no follow-up or message/email letting us know that there would be no follow-up. Yes, the Lake Mary office was closed, but didn't we deserve an explanation, apology, anything that let us know the shutting down would result in no further communication with patients past the 36th treatment. The whole time I was here I felt safe and comfortable, Monika was amazing the whole way. Today was my last day and honestly I'll miss the time here. I definitely suggest giving TMS a try, especially here!
The highlight of my day was visiting with Monika at the health center. If It wasn't for Monika and her contagious smile and attitude, I think I would have discontinued my treatments. She made my visits comfortable and always had a listening ear and a kind heart . I wish her much success in the future, she will definitely be an asset.
I am so grateful for Greenbrook and the super staff that takes such great care of us as patients. Dr. Capozzi is professional, compassionate and caring for his charges. He LISTENS to us, and is warm and respectful. And Monika? She is the sweetest, most caring and efficient tech that could ever be. Fill-in staff member Olivia was also a pure joy to be with. My psychiatrist recommended I have TMS treatment due to having severe depression. I chose Greenbrook TMS in Lake Mary because it was closer to my house. Needless to say I was very nervous and apprehensive until I met Monika and felt her sincerity and warmth immediately. Monika worked with me each and every day to help me feel comfortable and and assist me in getting better.
