Everything was just great as usual
I have been a patient of Elmbrook Dental now for 20 years and I really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of The staff there. Everyone there works hard to make myself and other patients confident and well cared for. I hope I will be able to keep coming for another 20 years.

Had another fantastic set of appointments for myself and two of my children (ages 3 and 6) yesterday. All hygienists are friendly and welcoming to kids to the point that my young children are comfortable going into a room all by themselves. My 3 year-old was able to hang out with me while I had my appointment until it was his turn and was able to ask questions and interact with hygienist which helped ensure he was comfortable for his turn. The jovial ease and banter between Dr. Tran and his Amazing assistant could put even the worst apprehensive patient at ease. Oh wait , I am that patient! I went in for a filling replacement at the gum line. I was nervous, shaking and my palms were sweating. By the time I left I was calm happy and laughing right a long side them!
I’ve been a client?patient? for decades and have always had excellent service. The staff is warm,congenial and very compitant. They keep me appraised of new available services, but aren’t pushy if I decline.
I appreciate the care provided by Dr. Phan specifically. She is highly competent, caring and friendly. She and I have worked together to create a plan of care for the next 12-18 months. She shares pictures, s-rays, concerns, positives with me freely. Because of her interest in my dental health, I am much more motivated with my own dental care. I appreciate the front desk, finance specialists and hygienists as well. I highly recommend this office
I was so impressed with my first visit, I am actually looking forward to going back for my cleaning! Everyone was so friendly, and inviting! The office is very comfortable feeling and Dr. Hackbarth was great! I am so happy we found this dental office!
