Recently purchased a home listed by Alisha Patterson. She was unprofessional on many levels. The most recent incident was today. We were assured that our water system was in Good working order before closing. Because we had never had well water before, we did not know what was involved so we took Alisha at her word that all was good. Everything they’re great!
Greg wasnt our agent but was the listing agent and broker. he is excellent with quick response from the seller to our agent and performed outstanding to make sure we got all the papers and items we needed to sign to get our home under contract and closed. Greg is a outstanding man to work with and acts quickly.
Highly recommend Jill and Gregg Allman! We only had a weekend to look, so we drove from MI to look at a property, calling Jill and Greg Allman on the way. With only that small heads-up they met us there, got us a showing and walked us through an offer and the legal aspects of out of state purchases on the same day.
