This was the worst experience I have ever dealt with. First off, my house got broken into. Strange thing was all windows and front and back door were locked when I got home. When reporting it to the rental company their first reaction was asking about renter insurance. Forget the insurance, how did someone get in my unit without my permission with my doors and windows being locked and taking my property not only that the neighbors cat was in my house. First let me state that I made the terrible mistake of renting from these ppl sight unseen. NEVER DO THAT! The pictures posted on the site were COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT. It took me and my sisters a week to make the unit even remotely livable. Less than a month later roaches come out of the wood works. I keep my unit clean and trash pulled and even bought professional level bug spray, needless to say they are still everywhere!!!
