All the ladies were super nice! It was my first time in the shop and I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the shop, it's spacious and has a nice atmosphere. You are greeted with smiles and hellos and barely any wait time! Quick service whether it's for pawn or loan. Great management!

My experience with Nicole and Henry was outstanding. I would not use anyone else to assist me. I had a very sentimental recommendation and they were both so sincere and caring. They took very good care of me and my ring. I gave them both hugs when I left as they both have big hearts. Thanks again Nicole and Henry!!!
I couldn't be happier with my experience at Greenbrier Pawn! Everyone was so friendly especially Nicole. She patiently walked me through finding the PERFECT ring, for the best price! ! It wasn't the size I needed, but the sizing process was exceptionally quick and I was out of there with my new ring in no time at all.! I would definitely recommend Greenbrier Pawn in a heartbeat! I was in today with my future mother-in-law looking at rings. Amber was super nice & had a great personality. She spent a great deal of time helping us find what we were looking for. Henry was also super helpful going out of his way to assist us. Great staff & great jewelry!
